Delivery conditions
CROATIA - delivery is charged EUR 5.00 for card payment + EUR 1 if paid via Cash on Delivery for orders up to EUR 70. For orders above 70 EUR, delivery is free. Delivery within 1-3 working days with GLS delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – delivery is always charged, regardless of the value of the order. The price of delivery abroad depends on the country where the package is sent, from 10 EUR to 45 EUR. Delivery within 5-7 working days if we send by GLS, or up to 20 days if we send by Croatian Post. We send via Croatian Post to countries that are not members of the European Union, such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Switzerland, etc.
Almost all shipments to Croatia are sent with the fastest and most reliable delivery service in Croatia - GLS courier service, except for certain postal codes (some islands and smaller locations). A complete list of these locations can be found at the bottom of the page. Shipments sent to Croatian Post have extended delivery schedules for a few business days.
For shipments sent with GLS delivery: In most cases, if an order is placed before 12:00 PM on a business day, it will be dispatched the same day, and delivery will be the next business day. If the package is ordered after 12:00 PM, it will be dispatched the following business day, and delivery will be on the business day after that. Delivery time to islands is extended by several days, depending on the island.
Please note that this will be the case in most instances, but it may not always be the rule. During periods of high discounts, promotions, holidays, or similar events, sending and delivering items may take a few more days.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that you receive your package securely, and therefore, a recipient's signature is required upon delivery. Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery time to islands is longer by a few business days. The aforementioned delivery times are set by the courier/delivery service, so there is no guarantee that the shipment will be delivered on time.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the ordering process is correct and complete, and that you do not refuse delivery or fail to pick up the package. In the case of incorrect or wrong addresses or refused delivery, shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund owed to you. Personal pick-up is not possible; all orders for Croatia are shipped from the warehouse in Zagreb directly to the recipient's address.
