The formula contains two key ingredients - GABA, an amino acid that helps with memory and perception, contributes to better concentration, and L-tryptophan, which is involved in serotonin synthesis. It is well known that serotonin is crucial for emotional balance and calmness and contributes to relaxation and both mental and physical health as well as healthy sleep. The unique blend of amino acids, plant powders and extracts, zinc, and vitamin B6 also includes reishi mushroom, ashwagandha, and chamomile extract, traditionally used before sleep, while vitamin B6 itself helps with fatigue and supports energy metabolism and hormonal activity regulation.
